Once in a while you come across a beach house design that really captures your fancy. The design made by Bjarko | Serra Architects of a Hat Island Residence is one such design. It’s beautiful and functional and was carefully laid out to be thoughtful to the needs of the residents. The interior design floor plan separated the living and dining spaces from the bedroom spaces while still integrating them into the house’s design. The purpose for this is to allow for more freedom in using the spaces separately. This means that people can use the living spaces to entertain guests without disturbing the peace and quiet the residents can enjoy in the separate sleeping quarters.
